All items will be sent out using 1st class Royal Mail. Some items are shipped directly from the supplier and should reach you within 14 days from date of order. If there is to be any extended delay, we will contact you immediately to advise.
If any item you receive is faulty, or not as advertised, then please contact us either by email at admin@fgoc.co.uk, by using the Contact Us page on this shop website, or by contacting either Cepheus or FordPwr on the Club forum. We will endeavour to put right any issues you have quickly and without hassle.
Should an item be required to be returned back to us, then you should be contact us as soon as possible and no later than seven days, should the error be from ourselves then a refund/replacement will be issued subject to reason and the final decision will be made by us. Should the error be that of the customer then we reserve the right to charge any carriage costs that were incurred in the delivery of the items. You are responsible for returning the goods to us, and they must be returned un-opened in the same condition as they were sent. Items returned after 7 days or without prior arrangment with us, will not be accepted back by us.
Returns and Refund Policy
1 In the event that any order is incorrect, it must be notified to us within 7 (seven) days after delivery.
2 In the case of incorrect orders, the products shall be returned to us and we shall redeliver the correct order at our own cost. This must be reported within 48 hours.
3 If any products are faulty or defective, they must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery. At our own discretion, we shall replace or repair the products free of charge and redeliver them at our own cost, or shall provide a refund of the price paid by you. In the event of replacement of any products, the products returned to us shall become our property.
4 If we elect to refund you rather than provide a replacement or repair for faulty or defective products, or we are unable to replace any faulty or defective product, the products must be returned to us, and shall become our property. |
