This online discussion forum has been set up for the benefit of owners of the Ford Galaxy MPV (as well as VW Sharan & Seat Alhambra owners!). It's aim is to help owners understand their car more, help solve technical and mechanical problems with owner's cars and to provide infomation about the cars gathered from various sources. It is also here to hopefully build a friendly community of Galaxy/Sharan/Alhambra owners and to allow owners to chat in general about every day topics and to get to know other owners better.

Posts on the forum must conform to the rules set out below. Failure to stick to these rules will result in disciplinary action up to and including being banned from the forum. We do not want to spoil the enjoyable use of the forums, but a certain amount of moderation is required in order to have a happy harmonious forum. This is especially prevalent as there may be minors using this forum.

4. Email / Private Messages
Users should be aware that Forums delivers messages in several ways, including via the web, via newsgroups and via email. Use of Forums for sending bulk, unsolicited e-mail messages (commercial or otherwise) is expressly prohibited.

5. Monitoring routinely monitors the content of all the forums contained within Forums. In the event that evidence is received of a reported breech of this Acceptable Use Policy, may perform such monitoring in specific and isolated circumstances and within the regulations set out in the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (RIP) Act 2001. Access to Forums is only provided on the condition that such monitoring is accepted. Where a breach of this policy is proven, shall take disciplinary action against the individual(s) or member(s) of the Forums up to and including banning the individual(s) or member(s) from these Forums.

6. Your postings will appear immediately on the site. In order to keep this the case, when posting to the Forums, please follow the common sense guidelines below:
a.   Do be civilized and considerate. 
b.   Do try and express your thoughts carefully and clearly. 
c.   Do be sure to read what the other person is actually saying and not what you think they may be saying. 
d.   Do keep messages on-topic and post in the appropriate place.
e.   Do watch what you say - you're responsible for what you write, and remember that your message will be available for the whole world to read.
f.   Do respect the Moderators' decisions - the Administrator and Moderators reserve the right to edit, relocate and/or remove any message, at any time, for any reason. All editing decisions should be considered final.
g.   Do remember that the discussion forums are moderated by a group of people who have volunteered to put themselves in the position of making difficult judgement calls. Following these guidelines/rules makes their life easier, and everyone's experience visiting the site better. Please report any messages violating these rules using the REPORT buttons. p.   Don’t use mobile phone short message style "txt spk".
q.   Don't post useless off-topic stuff except in forums designated specifically for this. 
r.   Don't duplicate existing topics elsewhere. 
s.   Don't post advertisements. If you are unsure whether or not a posting constitutes an advert, private message a moderator before posting.
t.   Don't post personal information about yourself or someone else (whether you know them or not!) - it's for your own safety. This includes contact details e.g. e-mail addresses, phone numbers, physical address details.
u.   Don't make libellous statements, or anything else that might violate someone's privacy. 
v.   Don't repost the contents of private emails, letters, chat logs, or other correspondence on the forums unless you have the permissions of all the parties concerned.
w.   Don't threaten other users. Threats will not be tolerated and will result in a ban.

The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit.

As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent cannot be held responsible for any hacking or cracking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

For the purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy, shall be deemed as relating to owners, administrators, moderators or other appointed representatives of as decreed and as notified within these Forums.
