Here is a picture taken at a scrapyard in Cullompton North Devon in 2016 prior to the scrapyard going up for auction which was in the grounds of a derelict stately home. They say the crusher the car is sat upon was the one in the Superman 3 film?

I don't know how they could have got it so wrong! Anyone with a free Google account can host and share their own images, so why would anyone pay that?!

Old drivers need lessons on motorways too!!
I came back yesterday M56/M6/M62 badly congested and the amount of drivers that seem unaware of braking distances, speed limits and the use of MOBILE PHONES  AARRGGHH
The gap I leave between me and the vehicle in front isn't a convenient lane change to undertake it's the gap I need to stop in an emergency with a 25ft caravan hanging off the back dickhead!!

They don't need to do motorways.

Most learners will have some form of experience on a median seperated duel carriageway. Keep left unless overtaking. Braking distances need to be maintained ect ect.

I was never taught to drive or have my test whilst using a mobile phone. I was taught to use my indicators. Yet, using a phone and not using indicators are very common examples of today's stupidity. I see more people using phones now, than I did before the increase in the fine and points.

This would only serve to educate a minority of people who are nervous or wish to try a motorway with an instructor.

Diverse stupidity or arrogance is the biggest problem with motorway users or any road user and that can only be dealt with by legal enforcement, which is decreasing more and more with budget cuts.

If the roads can be clogged up with idiots with no regard for the safety of others, despite passing a theory and practical test, then plenty of motorway learners will choose to ignore how to use a motorway correctly, once they have a full driving licence.

From what I see a lot of drivers on the motorway need to take their test again anyway, standard of driving in this country is awful, far too much aggression.

New drivers need lessons on motorways, but I don't think this is the right way to do it. Hope I'm wrong, but can only see this causing more problems on our motorways!

I'd prefer to see mandatory practical and theory lessons and an enhanced motorway test after the existing practical test was passed. But I guess that'd cost everyone more money!
