As some you know i am in meaux france at the moment on a holiday with the family and bullet. My problem is , bullet develop a misfire and went into limp mode ish . It sounds like its running on 3 cylinders only . The revs can go as high as i want but it wont go faster than 40mph. Also i have no breakdown cover.

I know how you feel mate.
It's been worse than torture for me over the last 2 months.

I've had the pain of the shops now I have the pain of doing all the work.
Before I can even think about paint and wallpaper I have to build and plasterboard the walls first, 2 months of living in a building site, bare walls, cold concrete floors, brick dust which gets everywhere even where I thought it couldn't go, the miss nagging 24/7 oh and having to go to work as well.

I think having all my teeth, finger nails and toe nails ripped out with pliers would have been more fun.  Grin

Good luck and remember us mere mortal men must obey the lady of the house or god forbid us.  Grin

Oh and google misses and this is what you get.....

Quote:
Mrs originated as a contraction of the honorific Mistress, the feminine of Mister, or Master, which was originally applied to both married and unmarried women. The split into Mrs for married women and Miss for unmarried began during the 17th century; the 20th century saw the coinage of a new unmarked option Ms.

See 'MISTRESS' so we do have to obey then  Cry Laugh

Anyway back to work as I've gone over my 5 minute cold tea break  Back to work!

Glad I'm not the only one going through the pain, off to the shops now, if I don't return it's been a joy Grin

Take your punishment like a man and hopefully see you on the other side Cry Laugh
WORD OF WARNING
I have just redecorated the whole house just because the 2 seater settee in the living room had ripped and looked bad when visitors came around. This then led to living room decor change which led to the dining room which led to the kitchen at which point I thought sod it lets do the bedrooms and stairs/hallway.6weeks and £3K later the house looks better bearing in mind the last time I did it was when we moved in 20yrs ago  Grin

I've given this a lot of thought over the last few weeks but unfortunately I can't see an alternative, it is with a heavy heart that it has come to this but I honestly think enough is enough so it is with much regret I'm writing this.
If I could think of a reason not to believe me I would, but the time I thought would never come tragically has.
Yes that's right, the wife is taking me out to buy paint, wallpaper, carpet and a new sofa.
I'm sorry to break this new to all you other MEN out there, I'm sure you understand my pain and can sympathise with my predicament but I'm left with no option other than to give in.

Any words of support and encouragement will be gratefully received in my hour (or days) of need.

Surprising what can be made to fit, I went to a VW show recently and saw a T5 Transporter with Lamborghini calipers on the front
